Spring Tulips.....I can't believe they are the ones I planted last fall. Orange Emperor tulips have often more than one flower on each stem. It's hard to decide to leave them in the garden, or just cut them and bring them in.

Little Blue Birdie....flew up from Mexico to eat food, then will go into the mountains in a few weeks...they are so beautiful.....have a nice flock in our backyard! They are called Lazuli Bunting. Weird name...beautiful bird. We thought they were blue finches. More colorful birds in this posting....and PEETIE the Hummingbird has come back! He came about a week ago! YAHOO!! Spring is here in humble Star Idaho!

This is an Opsrey bird, not far from our home, taking the rest of his fish to his mate that is sitting on eggs near by.

Kind of washed out in color..but it's all about long hair...
